I will admit that the shipping was prompt and the computer was packed very nicely.
However, the mouse was broken (wouldn't react to anything whether I clicked it or moved my finger along the touch pad) and the laptop itself was covered with grime.
I hate leaving bad reviews, and maybe it was a one time thing, but really consider all the options you have before you buy from them. The product won't always be as it's described.

I bought this computer for my Granddaughter. She loves it. It is compact enough to take in her backpack. The screen is big enough to study with. She is 16 yrs old and thinks its cute as well so I feel she studies more with it.

I've had a 12" iBook G4 since 2005 and it's still my favorite notebook for browsing the internet, writing letters, and even reading pdf's. It's very lightweight and I consider the screen the perfect size. It's held up very well. One of the keys has a hairline crack and one of the rubber feet on the bottom fell off but I clean it every month or so and it still looks almost new.
My only criticism is that it gets a little warm so I keep it on top of a clipboard when holding it in my lap. No viruses, no crashes, no worries.
When netbooks started becoming popular a couple of years ago, I had to laugh because I already have a lightweight, handy netbook. In fact, I'm using it right now to write this review. Given a choice between a new Asus or Dell netbook or a used iBook G4 for the same price, I would take the G4 without thinking about it for a second.

I bought this item in January. Worked fine till May. Now all it can do is power up. Won't even get past the first screen. If I knew who sold this to me, I would contact them and demand my money back. Don't buy computers from internet, you never know what they have been through and you can't trust an invisible seller!

Not Good !! The Laptop looked very nice from the outside but some of the keys didn't work. I purchased it on May 20, 2009 and still have not received a replacement or refund. Still waiting......

Well, I got the laptop on time from Amazon. Good job by them.
Ok, now to Apple. It's not even 1 month after I bought the thing and they upgraded it. That's lousy. I heard that upgrading a computer and selling it for the same price without warning is a constant "feature" of Macintosh computers. But..less than a month of use and already there is a memory, wireless, and video upgrade? That just plain sucks. How about charging more for more? Hello-If you like losing customers...Just keep up your current practices. I changed my mind from buying a PC for this Mac ...but I'll never do that again. Back to PC's for me. Great policy Apple!!

I had problems with my power cord slipping out of my laptop and not charging properly. I Googled to see hundreds of other people with the same problem... all thinking it was the fault of the cord being made incorrectly and many of us had purchased more than one cord to try and "fix the problem"... I finally went to the Apple store and it turns out it wasn't the cord it was an internal problem. $100 later all was well..... A lesson in self diagnoses.... go to the experts first..... I had purchased unnecessary adapter cords and batteries on my own. Again... ask the experts and don't self diagnose.... and save unnecessary expense.
